All website templates, plugins, or third-party software remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

7. Website Maintenance and Support

Post-launch support and maintenance are offered based on the selected package.
Ongoing technical support, updates, or changes after project completion may be billed separately unless otherwise agreed.

8. Hosting and Domain Services

Hosting and domain services provided by Ideal Web Maker are billed annually.
Clients are responsible for timely renewal of services to prevent downtime or data loss.
Ideal Web Maker is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party hosting providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ideal Web Maker will not be held responsible for:

Losses due to misuse of the website or unauthorized access.
Downtime caused by third-party software or hosting failures.
